You pay for the build once. After that, a plan keeps the site running — Protect — or runs the marketing that gets you found — Grow. Both are priced openly, and after your included care you can leave any time with 30 days' notice.
The build
$2,200 + GST, once
A website for most local businesses, live in ten business days. Most static sites fit this price. Ask for a quote if yours needs more, like online bookings.
The first ten builds include $900 of care — six months of Protect, or about two months of Grow. After that, the care plans are month to month.
Protect keeps the site running. Grow does that and runs the marketing. Month to month after your included care, 30 days' notice, prices + GST.
Protect

Hosting, SSL, backups, security, updates, monitoring and small changes.
Grow — most popular
$497 /mo + GST
Everything in Protect, plus the marketing that gets you found locally — search, Google, reviews and reporting.
What the marketing work actually involves
Online shops, booking systems, membership sites, custom software, logo or brand design, and email hosting. Third-party integrations are quoted separately.
Advertising is in scope, but it is not part of a care plan — paid campaigns are quoted per campaign, and the ad spend itself is paid by you directly to the platform. More on what the marketing work involves.
