I've been building websites and running hosting, local search, advertising and digital strategy for over 5 years professionally — and over 12 as a hobby. I run Pithy on my own: the site, the search, the reviews, the ads and the reporting are all me, start to finish.
That's a deliberate limit. I work with a small number of businesses at a time so each one gets proper attention, and I'd rather go deep with a few than shallow with twenty. No account manager, no one reading from a script, no subcontractor you never meet.

I'm in Launceston and I work with businesses anywhere in Australia. Most of it happens over the phone, by email and with a review link you can open on your own phone.
Sites are hosted on Australian infrastructure and managed from Launceston, Tasmania. The domain and the site files are in your name — you own them.
