Out of the oven at 7am and again around 11. Halves cut to order.

Classic Sourdough Loaf

Seeded Sourdough

Pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame through the same base.

Dark Rye

Stoneground Tasmanian rye with a little caraway.

Olive and Rosemary Loaf

Kalamata olives and rosemary, folded in whole.

Ciabatta

Wet dough, big holes, floury crust. Good for sandwiches.

Focaccia, per piece

Olive oil, sea salt, and whatever herbs are around.

We bake to the day, not to the freezer. If the shelf is empty by two, that is why.

Pastry

Baked from 6am. When a tray is empty, that is the lot until tomorrow.

Butter Croissant

Almond Croissant
