Eastbank Bakehouse is a demonstration site built by Pithy. It is not a real bakery. The name, the address, the hours, the menu and the prices were written for the demo.
If you ring or email from these pages, you reach Pithy, which is Lachlan Rocca, ABN 60 297 180 665.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no analytics, no cookie, no tracking pixel and no contact form on these pages. We do not set anything on your device and we do not build a picture of who you are or where you have been.
Nothing here needs JavaScript. The pages read the same with it switched off.
The map
The homepage and the menu page each carry an OpenStreetMap map. It is the one part of the site that reaches a third party: when you scroll near it, your browser asks openstreetmap.org for the map tiles, and that request goes to the OpenStreetMap Foundation rather than to us. Their privacy policy covers what they do with it.
Everything else on the page works whether you load the map or not.

If you use the phone number or the link to Pithy, we use what you give us to reply to you and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

A note on the phone number: 0432 177 130 is Pithy's number, not a bakery's. It appears on all three demo sites so the layouts can be judged as a visitor would see them.
